Local business owners and residents have told us that they feel the car parking charges at Cross Keys Lane car park and Lowrey’s Lane car park are bad for our local shops and businesses. Parents who send their children to Kells Lane School have also told us that the first 20 minutes free car parking at Lowrey’s Lane car park sometimes isn’t enough time when picking up or dropping off their children.
We are now seeking your views on how to improve the public car parking in Low Fell and we are asking residents to complete our survey below. Low Fell Councillor Daniel Duggan said “Having a vibrant shopping area is so important for Low Fell and we need the Council to do everything it can to help support local businesses. This survey will help us when we have discussions with Council officers so please do take a few minutes to complete it”.
